Overall, it isn't too bad once you get used to his patterns. If he spots you, just let him get you I found it nearly impossible to successfully run away from him because he can run faster than you, and if you manage to get away he still looks for you behind desks so you still end up dying /: Turn audio up to listen to his footsteps so you can go hide. He spots you pretty easily too (this game is kind of broken, huh?) so try to avoid being near him as much as possible. ALWAYS crouch, i know it will take longer this way but he can hear you walking and running pretty easily, so crouching does help avoid that issue. Sometimes 2 DNA canisters spawn in 1 room, so make sure each room is clear as you definitely don't want to be doubling back afterwards. In terms of technique, you will just have to rely on good spawns for the most part. The map in question has a big emblem on a pillar in front of spawn, and behind it is a stage in front of a bunch of chairs. The samples spawn in random places throughout the stage, and the exit door (assuming the game always puts you on the same map i always played on, which it should) will be directly behind you, to the right slightly. The objective of this mode is to collect 10 DNA samples and make it to the exit. From the main menu, go down to Game Modes and select Escape. This will take a little bit of trial and error to accomplish. Truthfully I may have not spent enough time in it to see if there was any significance to what I was doing or who I was but walking around picking up orbs and little glowing biohazards with little to no context or direction beside the on screen prompt do go do something was not my cup of tea.Tl /dr: Crouch through the map everywhere you go, check far hallways then move upstage and back to the other hallway, escape. But throwing the player into a world with no context, explanation or direction makes for a bit of a shallow experience. It's a damn good looking game, the visuals, effects and animations all look really nice and the sound design and music compliment it all really well. Understanding that the player character may be a stand in for the player as opposed to a separate entity themselves, I found it hard to get into the mind of the character and because of this the scares carried no weight. I really appreciate that you've put out a demo for this! I like the idea of a truly open world experience for a horror game but I'll admit I lost interest in the demo pretty quickly.
